This cassette possesses a large variety in concepts and sounds, all having
their own characteristics of oddity. The moniker “Light Bulbs” somewhat
denotes a profusion of varied ideas, and also denotes the bare concept of
the notable appearance of the shape/color/size/smell of a light bulb. There
is surely some kind of identifiable quirk to Light Bulbs-type music, as two
other Light Bulbs albums have been made since this one, but it is difficult
to define. "Larry" is undoubtedly the most
profound song on this album. (refer to sample). It could,
conceivably, be the soundtrack to a fairly short silent movie about a man
who was born with dead fish for legs.
